Terms of Use

The rules for using the Maintium app and web console. Short on purpose.

Last updated · 6 November 2026

01

The service

Maintium is a maintenance management tool, a mobile app and a web console, developed and operated by Inurba Mobility, Barcelona, Spain (“we”) for the organizations that maintain its bike and e-bike fleets (“your organization”). These terms apply to everyone who uses it. If your organization has a separate agreement with us, that agreement prevails where the two differ.

02

Accounts

There is no public sign-up. Accounts are created by your organization’s administrator, who also sets your role and workshop and can suspend or remove your access.

  • One account per person. Keep your password to yourself.
  • Tell your administrator straight away if you think someone else has used your account.
03

Acceptable use

Use Maintium for your organization’s maintenance work. Do not:

  • try to reach data of other organizations or workshops you have no access to;
  • disrupt, overload or probe the service, or copy or reverse-engineer it;
  • upload unlawful content or record information you know to be false.
04

Your organization's responsibilities

Your organization is responsible for its users and for everything they do in Maintium, for the data it enters or imports, and for having a lawful basis to process it, including informing its staff as employment and data protection law require.

05

Data

The data in Maintium belongs to your organization. When your organization is Inurba Mobility, we keep it as our own records; when it is another company, we process it on its behalf and only to provide the service. The Privacy Policy explains both cases.

06

Provided as is

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We work to keep it running and secure but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, add or remove features, and updates can reach the app over the air.

07

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profit or business interruption. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

08

Suspension and end

We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or puts the service at risk. When your organization stops using Maintium, its accounts are closed and its data is handled as agreed with it and as set out in the Privacy Policy.

09

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. They are governed by the laws of Spain, and the courts of Barcelona have jurisdiction.
